A WA university researcher is calling for Perth’s outer-suburbs to be better planned to help reduce the impact of bushfires.

Edith Cowan University Professor Julie Ann Pooley told Mornings with Gareth Parker, Ellenbrook is an example of an area that isn’t adequately prepared for a bushfire emergency.
