New, Faster way to monitor leukaemia cells in the blood

Researchers have invented a highly sensitive way of monitoring leukaemia cells in the blood which will change the way treatment decisions are made.

Dean of the Faculty of Health and Science at The University of Western Australia Professor Wendy Erber told Chris she was hopeful the discovery would bring scientists closer to understanding why Leukaemia is so common in older patients.
