MRA says no to Scabs twin towers

The proposed twin tower development in Scarborough has been rejected by the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority. The MRA says in a statement the 43 and 35 story towers would be a significant over development of the former Contacio sight. Stirling Mayor Mark Irwin told Oliver Peterson today that he’s hopeful a compromise can be reached and the site can still be developed.
