Mortgage brokers have hit back at the banking royal commission, after Commissioner Kenneth Hayne recommended a borrower-pays system, and the scrapping of trail commissions.

Perth broker, Will Lockett, from Specialist Finance Group told Mornings with Gareth Parker, it’s a disappointing assessment of the industry, and fails to recognise the vital service mortgage brokers provide.
