A new survey of Perth doctors has found almost half considered quitting last year, because of ‘toxic’ working conditions.

The Australian Medical Association’s Dr Omar Khorshid told Mornings with Gareth Parker, their survey suggests serious cultural issues within WA hospitals.

Health minister Roger Cook then told Mornings, the government is already working to improve staff morale.
