Minister defends decision to pull lease from successful Perth bar

Yesterday we were joined by the owners of the Picabar Brian Buckley & Melissa Bowen whose lease has been pulled by the state government.
Arts Minister David Templeman spoke to Gareth Parker this morning to defend his decision.
