Dozens of beer kegs were stolen from Blasta Brewing following two separate robberies which took place over the past two weeks.

On Perth Live, Oliver Peterson spoke to owner Steve Russell who believes the kegs will be sold as scrap metal.

The brazen thieves loaded the kegs onto a trailer in broad daylight while wearing hi-vis to avoid suspicion.

He went to explain that breweries never sell their kegs and if a branded keg is on offer it is most likely stolen.
