Today on Perth LIVE, Oliver Peterson asked ‘who should pay for pill testing if it was to be included at a festival?’

Dr Ross Hollett from the School of Psychology at Edith Cowan University has been conducting research around this very question and he says the findings indicate festival goers would be happy to pay a $12 subsidy to fund pill testing services.
