Allegations of harassment against former High Court Justice Dyson Heydon are indicative of broader cultural problems within the profession, says Law Council of Australia President Pauline Wright.

Mrs Wright told Gareth Parker sexual harassment was one of the key reasons women cite for leaving the legal profession early.
