Is there any significance to turning 18 anymore?

Andrew Forrest’s Minderoo Foundation has launched a new campaign aimed at banning people from buying cigarettes until the age of 21.

The Foundation carried out a survey last year, with more than 80 percent of respondents in WA supporting a lift in the smoking age.

Liberal Democrat MLC Aaron Stonehouse joined Oliver Peterson today to question the validity of the campaign and whether there is anything significant about turning 18 anymore.
