How our restaurants are adapting in these new times

Chef and Owner of award winning Dingo Hot Sauce Leigh Nash has recently expanded his business to include a pop-up called “Dingo Dining” at Sunshine Harvester Works in Fremantle.

With the new social distancing restrictions in place, Mr Nash tells Weekend Breakfast how he and others in hospitality are adapting.

“It’s very stressful. There’s job layoffs all across the board in the industry.

“To try and keep things going a lot of restaurants, even high-end, are trying to do takeaway.

“The main thing now is for people to support their local businesses.”
