The new coach of the Dockers says he wants to instill a policy of continuous development.

Former Fremantle player Justin Longmuir, until recently an assistant coach at Collingwood, has been selected to replace Ross Lyon.

He says the Dockers have a young and inexperienced list but “great improvement” will come from that core group.

Simon Beaumont spoke with Fremantle President Dale Alcock about Longmuir’s appointment.
