Greens call for balloon ban

The Greens are calling for a ban on plastic balloons and straws in WA, saying they’re causing significant environmental problems.
WA Greens MLC Robin Chapple told Mornings with Gareth Parker, he’s seen first-hand the damage the discarded plastic can have on WA’s marine life.
