Anti-asbestos campaigners say The Greens are wrong, and offensive, to compare coal with asbestos.

Greens leader Richard Di Natale is today announcing the party wants to abolish the coal industry in Australia – labelling coal as the “next asbestos”.

Bernie Banton Foundation CEO, Rod Smith told Mornings with Gareth Parker, such comparisons negate the important message about asbestos.
