The State Government has moved a step closer to cracking down on puppy farms.

They’ve formed a working group to prepare a consultation paper for public comment early next year exploring things like an official breeder registry, and transitioning pet shops to adoption centres. Local Government Minister David Templeman joined Oliver Peterson.
