In 2014 Steve Plain was rescued from Cottesloe beach after a serious spinal cord injury.

Steve recently climbed the highest mountain on each of the seven continents. While he was climbing he carried with him a a Surf Life Saving WA Flag and a Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club cap.

Last night Steve presented the flag and cap back to the club.
