Today on Flavours of WA, Marco Romeo from Mondo Nougat joined us in the studio to talk about the nougat his family produces in the Swan Valley.

Using an age old family recipe, the Romeo’s hand produce all their nougat using local ingredients such honey.

Mr Romeo said, “we have right on our door step an amazing amount of produce being manufactured from local farms. It is a privilege to show the West Australian and international community what we can produce in this country from local ingredients.”

Mondo Nougat is one of the stops on the new Swan Valley hop on hop off bus tour.
