First historic child sex abuse case to go to trial under WA law change

A dying man will become the first person in WA to claim damages for alleged historic child sexual abuse during his childhood at two orphanages.

Rightside Legal lawyer Michael Magazanik told Mornings with Gareth Parker, Paul Bradshaw has just weeks to live, but is taking his case to court after the state government removed the time restriction in which claims for damages can be made.
