E.J. Whitten Legends Game gets a speed boost

The E.J. Whitten Legends Game is fast approaching and this years game is set to be more fast paced, with the game adapting the AFLX rules.

The annual charity event, where retired star players are reunited, along with selected non-footballing celebrities, will see Victoria vs The All Stars (representing the rest of Australia) in a State of Origin interstate game, one which both Karl and Hase been apart of in past years.

One man that will be part of the Victorian squad is, former North Melbourne great, Brent ‘Boomer’ Harvey. With the AFLX style being dubbed “to quick” for Karl and Hase, hear what Boomer thinks of the rule changes to the game, what it means for those playing and his thoughts on the 2019 AFL season so far.
