More than a dozen long-term residents in disabled housing administered by the City of Canning face an uncertain future with the council considering withdrawing its support due to issues over NDIS funding.

Canning Councillor Patrick Hall told Mornings with Gareth Parker, the council needs to ensure the residents are cared for.

The State Manager for National Disability Services, Julie Waylen told Gareth the people involved deserve some choice in their future.
