Coles is trialing in-store food halls in a select number of their stores over east.
The restaurant supermarket hybrid or ‘Grocerant’, features a cafe and tables and chairs to enjoy the in-store sushi.
It got Michael and Carmen thinking about the cafes that used to exist in shops around Perth.
