Daryl Braithwaite heading to Perth… not on a horse

Arguably one of the best sing-a-long songs in Australia is Horses, and the Aussie singer who made the song famous is heading to Perth.

Daryl Braithwaite is joining other legends of Aussie music including Brian Cadd and Russell Morris when they perform at Sounds in the Valley on Saturday 8 February.

Braithwaite says he’s still not sure why “Horses” is still a favourite.

“I’ve actually asked people over the decades, why they like it; and I think it’s the imagery that they conjure up in their mind when they are singing,” Braithwaite told 6PR Breakfast.
