Couch potatoes reversing decades of damage in two years

New research has found middle-aged couch potatoes can reduce or even reverse their risk of heart failure if they start regularly exercising.

Dr Erin Howden from the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute told Lisa and Geof significant improvements can been seen after two years of regular exercise.
