Celebrated chef Guy Grossi in town

Head chef at Garum, Mario Di Natale is getting mouths watering on Mornings with Gareth Parker, with a regular segment discussing seasonal foods and delicacies, and how best to cook them.

This week, Mornings listeners were spoiled with a bonus guest;  celebrated chef, and the man behind Garum, Guy Grossi.

Mario prepared the seasonal Fiori di Zucca, and the chefs shared some tips on how to cook the dish.
