Mainroads WA director of metropolitan services Peter Sewell says heavier than usual traffic congestion is expected around the Cedric Street freeway exit this weekend.

The exit ramp will be reduced to single lane for road preparation and asphalting works from 7am to 6pm today and 7:30am to 5pm tomorrow.
