Cat Attack

Millsy & Karl

One million birds are being killed by cats every single day in Australia.

Steve and Baz spoke with Australian Wildlife Conservancy’s Atticus Fleming about the the alarming statistic.

“They do in fact kill things and not eat them. In the Kimberley, feral cats are killing, on average, seven native animals per night. So that’s every cat, every night, seven native animals,” Mr Fleming told 6PR Breakfast.
