Cashless debit card would have kept me in abusive relationship

Domestic violence survivor Jocelyn Wighton, who is part of the cashless debit card trial, says she would not have been able to escape her abusive marriage under the income scheme.

Ms Wighton is urging the Senate, who are due to consider a bill to expand the cards, to dump the program.
