Car crushed while “not guilty” man fighting charge
A Perth man who had his car impounded from a speeding incident and was later found not guilty, went to collect his car, only to find it had already been crushed.
“Mark” told 6PR Breakfast his car was impounded after he was accused of doing 45 km/h over the speed limit, but while he was fighting the charge in court, his car had been crushed.
No compensation has been offered for his VT Holden Cailais, “the last of the 304 V8’s” worth about “5-6 thousand”, but has a lot more sentimental value.
