Both sides of the debate: a new boat sharing platform is being denied by authorities

Tech company Boatigo has developed a platform to bring recreational boat owners and users together to organise their recreational trips.
However the platform is being blocked by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority who say once money is transferred the vessels need to be classified as commericial.
