Austal Chief Executive David Singleton is playing down concerns 600 jobs are set to go from the shipbuilder’s Henderson shipyards.

However, David told Mornings with Gareth Parker, the jobs could be at risk down the track if it doesn’t win a multi-billion-dollar military shipbuilding project, currently being considered.
