Australian Competition and Consumer Commission chair Rod Sims is calling for new laws to crack down on big businesses which are unfair to customers.

Sims told Mornings with Gareth Parker, he’s constantly amazed at how badly companies treat their customers, and the laws don’t go far enough to stop it.
