A new report from the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare has shows tens of thousands of Australians are being admitted to hospitals with sporting injuries, and the footy codes are the main offenders.

The AIHW’s Professor James Harrison joined Oliver Peterson on Perth Live to unpick the report, revealing most football injuries are to the hips and legs.
