General manager of the The Roebuck Bay Hotel, Tamara Burchell, has outlined the changes that’s been made to the iconic pub since taking over.

Ms Burchell has been named the AHA WA Venue Manager of the Year for the second year in a row.

“I thought I’d walked into a reality TV show,” she told Chrissy Morrissy when she took over ‘The Roey’.

“I actually called my mum after my first day and told her I was coming back to Sydney.”
