The West Coast Eagles are going hard in the 2023 pre-season in an attempt to bounce back from last year’s horror season.

Luke Shuey is on track to lead the team as captain this season.

Eagles player Andrew Gaff told Wide World of Sports he hopes this season is one of their best.

“Looking forward to a much better 2023,” said Mr Gaff.

“We’re in a lot better place this year.”
