Lisa Wilkinson has filed an official complaint with the Seven Network over their airing of an interview with Bruce Lehrmann and a segment on morning television.

The complaint could potentially escalate to the Australian Communications and Media Authority if Seven don’t respond.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast it raises questions of what legal advice the network received before airing the interview.

“I don’t know what the point is, I would’ve thought from Lisa’s point of view the ship’s kind of sailed,” Mr Ford said.
