Shadow Communications Minister Melissa McIntosh slammed the current government and her counterpart Anika Wells over lavish spending, which she argues is distracting the minister from her job.

Speaking to Perth Live host Russell Collett, McIntosh explained that the minister is rorting the system instead of concentrating on overseeing the fixing of the triple zero issues.

“She oversees the triple zero network, it is her job, why isn’t she doing her job? She certainly can’t be doing it if she’s at all these sporting events and cruising around the country,” she said.
