Glen Quartermain is an encyclopedia of sporting knowledge. With sport (the NRL comp) being welcomed back onto televisions across Australia after the coronavirus pandemic, the Afternoons Show thought it was apt to discuss the greatest sporting comebacks!

From the Eagles at Kardinya Park, to great soccer sides, there was a high calibre selection, but the stand out had to be the 2003 effort of Kangaroos footballer Jason McCartney, who returned to the game after suffering significant burns in the Bali bombings the year prior…
