A Health Department review of Fiona Stanley Hospital has highlighted a string of issues revealing some patients have ‘given up’ and gone elsewhere after waiting days for urgent surgery.

The review’s made dozens of recommendations including regular reviews of the hospital’s waiting lists for surgery.
