The escape from Wooraloo prison by convicted drug trafficker Bernd Neumann (aka Brett Faulkner) has raised questions over why he was even at the facility, which is usually for prisoners who are close to release. Gary Adshead spoke to Corrective Services Minister Joe Francis.
