As the federal election looms, the Greens are looking to pave the way for a four-day working week.

Greens Senator Barbara Pocock AM explained to Perth Live host Oliver Peterson how overseas stats show a drop in absenteeism and staff turnover, while employees were healthier and more efficient.

“If you look at the figures of who’s gained and who’s lost in the last 20 years, workers have really not had the kind of increases in wages that have gone to profits,” she said.
