Greatest Australian Guinness World Record Holder reveals his secrets
What started 22 years ago as a martial arts demonstration, has resulted in instructor Anthony Kelly breaking over 60 Guinness World records.
He’s caught arrows, extinguished candles with my hand and even had a bazooka imported from the United States.
With the new Guinness World Records being released today, My Kelly told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast how he does it.

“If you train really hard, and gets your mind and body working in the right way, you can achieve some really cool things,” Mr Kelly said.
“Catching arrows blindfolded took me years to try and work out: I’ve been in hospital a few times.”
