Brie and Delwyn Palmer are the parents of Make-A-Wish Australia child Isabel, who has been diagnosed with a rare genetic condition, Ring Chromosome 9.

7-year-old Isabel’s wish is to have a sensory garden, somewhere she can play outdoors with her siblings.

Isabel is visually impaired and is non-verbal due to her condition, but her parents have told Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings, that Isabel responds with joy and excitement to sound, smell and touch.
