Fremantle has bounced back from their Western Derby loss with a 29 point win over Carlton at Optus Stadium.

The Dockers trailed by 13 points at half time but seven goals in the third quarter helped set up a 15.11.101 to 10.12.72 victory.

Carlton ruckman Matthew Kreuzer was a late out and will miss the remainder of the AFL season after experiencing a second elevated heart-rate episode.

Michael Walters suffered a hamstring injury late in the game and will miss the rest of the year according to Dockers coach Ross Lyon.

Carlton coach Brendon Bolton says the club was taking no risks with Matthew Kruezer.
