Adam Simpson has questioned the Eagles mindset last season and vowed they won’t make the same mistake this season.
West Coast were the surprise packet of 2015 when they made it to the Grand Final, but were beaten by Hawthorn.
Last year the Eagles finished sixth but were beaten in a home final by the eventual Premiers the Western Bulldogs in an elimination final.
