West Coast coach Adam Simpson has expressed fears that young-gun Reuben Ginbey’s hamstring injury could be towards the more severe end.

Speaking on Wide World of Sports during his regular Thursday evening slot, Simpson didn’t hide his concern.

“It’s probably not a standard hamstring, it’s probably longer than the 3-4 weeks.”

“We’ve managed him a little differently in the second half of the season and unfortunately this has happened at the back-end.”

With only six weeks left for West Coast in season 2023, the timeline is tight for fans to see the young star in action again this year.
