6PR Mornings host Gary Adshead has revealed that WA MPs and ministers are facing an inquiry by the Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC) over the misuse of taxpayer funds.

Press PLAY to hear Gary reveal the details of the corruption probe

Notices have also been served to be people involved at WA Labor Party headquarters, Department of Premier and Cabinet and Parliament House.

“At this stage the CCC is thought to be interested in data about electorate office staff and the hours of work recorded next to their names,” Gary Adshead said on 6PR Mornings.

“I do need to stress that right now this is just an investigation into allegations.

“But it is interesting, that these notices have been executed in such high-profile political places.”

Health Minister Amber Jade-Sanderson declined to comment on the matter.

“If there is a matter under investigation by the CCC then it just wouldn’t be appropriate for me to comment on it,” she said.
