City of Perth Commissioner Andrew Hammond joined Oliver Peterson in the studio following last nights council meeting.

Mr Hammond revealed Edith Cowan University is looking at establishing a creative industries campus in the CBD.

The council has agreed to trial free three hour parking at some CBD locations on weekends and public holidays.
