Councils rate rise fury

Ratepayers are fuming over the latest council rate rises that have hit nearly all metropolitan suburbs with at least a third of councils increasing rate by twice the rate of inflation. Mayor of Vic Park Trevor Vaughan, whose rate rise was 12%, spoke to Peter Bell.
