Roger Cook has pledged that a re-elected WA Labor Government will roll out free full-time, school-based kindergarten.

The plan would include a 10-location trial in 2027 with participating schools offering free five-day-a-week kindergarten. The program is then set to roll out in more locations across the state.

The $33.8 million plan would be a national first.
