Elizabeth Quay will soon boast a little slice of Europe.

Businessman Rohan Milne fell in love with carousels when he was on a family holiday in Spain and has spent months bringing his vision for one in Perth.

The carousel, which Mr Milne is hoping will be a drawcard for Elizabeth Quay, has been made by the same company that built the carousel in Spain and the famous carousel near the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
